HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into loaf pan. Level top with spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Allow ham loaf to remain in pan for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve with pineapple sauce.

PINEAPPLE SAUCE:

1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. butter

Mix juice and cornstarch in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in butter. Serve with ham loaf.
