HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
3/4 lb. smoked ham
1 onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together 8 ingredients; top with pineapple, brown sugar, and mustard. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Cool completely before removing from pan.
