SALAD DRESSING CHICKEN 
2 - 4 boneless, skinless breast of chicken
1/2 - 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing (shake)
2 - 4 med. potatoes, quartered, parboiled for 6 - 8 minutes then added to chicken
1 - 2 sweet Italian sausages cut into pieces (boil fat off first; use if desired)

If whole breast, cut in half per serving. Use 8 x 10 inch or 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place chicken on bottom, all else on top and pour dressing over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on size of chicken pieces. Serve with salad with oil and vinegar dressing.
