PINK POTATO SALAD | |
1/4 c. Catalina French salad dressing 4 - 5 med. potatoes, cooked and cubed (4 c.) 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. mayonnaise Pour French dressing over warm potatoes; chill 2 hours. Add celery, onion, eggs, and salt. Add mayonnaise and mix carefully. Add 1 teaspoon celery seed if desired. Chill 4 hours. Makes 8 servings. |
