CUBED STEAK & RICE 
5-6 pieces cubed steak
3/4 c. regular rice
Salt & pepper
1 can beef bouillon
1 can consomme
1 can water
2-3 tbsp. oil

Brown steak in oil. Add pepper and salt. Place raw rice in large casserole. Mix 3 cans of liquids together. Add beef to rice. Pour liquid over top. Cover completely and tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
