CUBE ONION STEAKS 
6 cube steaks
Seasoned salt
3 med.-sized onions, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Sprinkle steaks with seasoned salt. Let stand while cooking onions. Separate onion slices into rings. Saute until golden in butter in large frying pan. Spoon into small bowl. Keep hot. Saute steaks quickly on both sides in the same pan. Place on heated platter. Stir water and brown sugar into meat drippings in pan. Add cooked onions. Heat to boiling. Spoon over steaks.
