CUBED STEAK & RICE 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cubed
3 tbsp. butter
1 minced onion
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
Salt & pepper

Saute meat in butter; add onion, then add mushrooms, tomato sauce and sour cream. Simmer 25 minutes. Add some salt and pepper. Serve with rice. 4 servings.
