TACOS 
1 lb. ground beef or hamburger
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 (12 oz.) can of roast beef with gravy

Adjust seasoning according to taste. Brown hamburger with minced onion, drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly breaking up the roast beef. Cover and simmer until most of the water has cooked out (stirring occasionally in the process).

Spoon into taco shells, use your favorite toppings. Serve with refried beans, rice, salsa, and chips.
