GRAN GRAN'S PIE CRUST/DUMPLINGS 
3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix flour, shortening, egg, cold water and salt. Add vinegar. Chill. Roll out into 2 pie crusts or roll and cut for dumplings.
