CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breast fillets
8 oz. pkg. fettuccine pasta, cooked & drained
8 oz. prepared marinara sauce, heated
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. onion salt, garlic powder, oregano, parsley flakes

Bread fillets with bread crumbs, cheese and spices. Brown fillets in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, keep cooking until done. Serve chicken over pasta, cover with heated marinara sauce.
