1 c. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter

Bring above 4 ingredients to a boil. Let boil 1 minute. Add 1 small package of peanuts. Serve over vanilla ice cream. Serves 8.
