BEEF CHEZ-ARONI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. American cheese
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. macaroni, elbow
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Combine milk, butter, cheese, salt and pepper in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Add eggs and blend in.

Saute ground beef, stirring until crumbly. Boil macaroni until tender.

Combine ground beef and cheese sauce, stirring until mixture is smooth. Blend in macaroni.

Pour into well greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until browned, approximately 25 minutes.
