SKIERS' HOT CAKES 
1 1/3 c. milk
1 c. sour cream (dairy)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. pancake mix

Mix in order only. Add melted butter after pancake mix. Stir lightly, (somewhat lumpy batter makes light pancakes). Turn only once. Stack 3 together with melted butter and brown sugar between and top with whipped cream or eat with apricot jam and sour cream.
