DILL FISH 
1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (flounder sole, turbot, etc.)
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. dill weed
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Squeeze lime juice over fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator. Grease a shallow baking pan with butter.

Place fillets in baking dish and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves 6.
