HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 pimentos, finely chopped
4 eggs, hard cooked and sliced
1 c. crushed crackers or potato chips
2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. almonds

Mix first 8 ingredients. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
