RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust, top and bottom
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour or tapioca
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. rhubarb, cut up

Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg together. Add butter with pastry blender; then add eggs. Put rhubarb in crust. Pour other ingredients overtop of rhubarb. Top with fancy crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees and then 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
