MACARONI AND CHEESE 
3 c. cooked macaroni
1 tbsp. butter melted
2 c. evaporated low fat milk
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
1/4 c. green bell pepper finely chopped
1/4 c. onion chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Toss macaroni with butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot. Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours, stirring once or twice.
