GLAZED SPARE RIBS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. mace
2 tbsp. sherry wine
1/2 tsp. crushed anise seeds

Sprinkle meat with tenderizer. Cover with marinade and refrigerate overnight. Roast 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
