HONEY GLAZED B.B.Q. RIBS 
5 lbs. beef short ribs
1 c. smoked barbecue sauce
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. honey

Combine barbeque sauce, soy sauce, wine and onion soup mix. Pour over ribs in an oblong glass dish. Marinate in refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Place uncovered in 325 degree oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Baste with marinade occasionally. Drizzle honey over ribs and continue cooking for 10 minutes more, uncovered.
