TEA CAKES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all above ingredients together. Add 3 cups self-rising flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda. Refrigerate dough a few hours or overnight. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
