SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen butternut squash
2 apples (peeled and chopped)
1/2 c. raisins
3 tsp. cinnamon powder
2 tsp. nutmeg powder
3 tbsp. maple syrup
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, sliced

Boil and drain squash. Mix together squash, apples, raisins in casserole dish. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over top. Drizzle maple syrup over top. Place pats of butter on top. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
