CHOCOLATETOWN PIE 
9" unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla or 2 tbsp. bourbon
1 c. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, add eggs and vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour, add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 hour. Serve warm. Top with Cool Whip or whipping cream or ice cream (optional).
