ENCHILADAS 
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 sm. can taco sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. cheese, grated
1 pkg. red or white stone ground tortillas

Mix first 4 ingredients together and heat - do not boil. Heat tortillas in oil until they are soft enough to roll. Inside tortillas, put onion and cheese and then after you have them all finished, put them in a casserole dish or pan and pour sauce over them. Heat at 300 degrees, just long enough to let cheese met. About 10-15 minutes.
