SPICED MULLED CIDER 
1 1/2 gal. cider
4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. grated cloves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
12 cinnamon sticks

Preheat electric roaster to 150 degrees. Stir ingredients until well blended. Heat 15 to 20 minutes. Thinly slice 6 lemon. Decorate each slice with 5 cloves. Just before serving, float on hot cider. Makes 1 1/2 gallons punch.
