HOT MULLED CIDER 
1 gal. apple juice
3 sticks whole cinnamon
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1 tbsp. whole allspice
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 jar miniature whole spiced crabapples

Mix and heat to ALMOST boiling. Then simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Remove spices and add miniature crabapples with their juice. Serve hot. Can be stored for several days in refrigerator.
