WATERGATE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

Mix:

1 lg. bowl Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat. Quite thick. Put on in gobs and spread.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

Beat and let set for a few minutes. Pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

1 sm. Cool Whip

Spread on top. Sprinkle 1/2 with coconut and 1/2 with nuts. Keep in refrigerator.
