GREAT POTATOES 
6-8 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. grated American Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine

Boil potatoes in jackets until done. Peel and dice.

In saucepan combine soup, sour cream, butter, cheese and onions. Mix together until cheese starts to melt. Pour over potatoes in a buttered 13 x 9 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

You can use cream of chicken soup and crushed corn flakes are great on the top before you bake.
