SAUSAGE BREAD 
3 loaves frozen bread, thawed
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
1 lg. onion
1 lg. can mushrooms
18 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Thaw bread. Brown sausages and onion; drain. Roll out each loaf into a 9 x 12 inch rectangle. Spread with sausage mixture, mushrooms, and cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll, pinching edges. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
