ITALIAN SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread, thawed
2 lbs. sausage, 1/2 regular, 1/2 spicy
4 eggs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 tbsp. softened butter

Thaw dough and let rise then fill and bake. Cook and drain sausage. Mix with eggs, seasonings and cheese. Roll bread dough into oblong shape and spread mixture in center and roll up. Slash around sides with knife. Form into a circle on a pizza pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm when taken out of oven!
