ITALIAN SAUSAGE BREAD 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 lb. Mozzarella, shredded
Oregano, onion, garlic
1 egg, beaten

In Pyrex 8 x 13 inch, unroll 1 package of crescent rolls. Brown sausage, drain excess grease and seasonings and place over dough. Lay Mozzarella over sausage and put second package of rolls on top. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
