SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. bread dough
5 to 6 Italian (or Polish) sausage links
1 lg. onion (chopped)
4 to 5 slices Swiss cheese
Italian Parmesan Grated cheese

Roll out dough. Remove sausage from casing and saute with chopped onion (after meat is browned). Drain all oil from meat and onion. Spread on rolled out dough. Place Swiss cheese and Parmesan on top. Roll up like a jelly roll. Bake on cookie sheet at 325 degrees until lightly brown on top. Depending on the bread dough for time - 35 to 45 minutes.
