SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Cayenne pepper (optional)
Good dash for extra spicy taste (optional)

Brown sausage, drain, grind fine. Add: Mix 1 egg, basil and garlic. Roll bread to 10 x 15 inch rectangle. Leave 1 to 1 1/2 inches from edge and spread on sausage mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; roll like jellyroll. Let raise 1/2 hour. Beat egg and brush bread. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Can freeze after baking and then heat in oven when ready to use.
