SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen white bread (Rhodes works well)
1 lb. pork sausage
1 chopped onion
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Melted butter for top

Thaw bread, but do not raise. Brown sausage and onion. Drain on paper towels. Roll bread to 18"x6". Spread sausage and onion mixture on bread. Add Parmesan cheese. Dribble beaten egg over top. Roll up, seam side down. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes on cookie sheet. (Recipe freezes well.)
