TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. tapioca pudding
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries
2 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Bring to boil the first 3 ingredients, until thick and clear. Add the can of crushed pineapple, juice and all - and the package of frozen strawberries while still frozen. cool. Add 2 cups whipped topping - put in mold or bowl, and chill.
