TEA RING 
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
3 eggs
1 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. Wesson oil
5 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour

Dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in warm water. Beat eggs with mixer and add scalded milk. Add yeast mixer to milk and beaten eggs; add oil. Mix 5 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt add to other ingredients and mix with mixer until thick. Knead 8 to 10 times. Let rise in greased bowl overnight. Cover with plastic wrap and wet towel. Roll, and spread with melted butter. Mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoon flour. Spread this mixture on dough. Roll long; place on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Make circle and pinch ends together. Cut 3/4 way through dough and turn slices out and over. Put in warm place for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Bake on middle rack at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Frost or leave plain.
