TACO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
Black olives (optional)
Tortilla chips for dipping

Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water; mix well. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread meat mixture in a small (6 x 10) baking dish. Spread 2 cups of cheddar cheese over meat. Spread 16 ounces of sour cream on top. (Optional: Place sliced black olives on top.) Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese looks melted and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
