MEXICAN TACO DIP
1 can refried beans
1 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (12 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos (grated)
1/2 c. jalapeno pepper slices
1 (8 oz.) jar hot or mild taco sauce

Spread refried beans on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Cut cream cheese into small squares and layer on top of beans. Next, make a layer of sour cream.

Combine taco seasoning with hamburger meat and 1/2 cup of water. Stir and simmer 5 minutes. Then, layer meat mixture on top of sour cream. Place jalapenos on next layer. Shred the Monterey Jack cheese and save for top layer. Pour taco sauce across jalapenos and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is bubbling on top. Cool 5-10 minutes and serve with nacho chips! Yum.
