ROSETTE COOKIES 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk or water
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon extract
1 tbsp. oil

Add sugar to eggs, then add milk. Sift flour with salt, stir into egg mixture and beat until smooth. Add flavoring, fry and cool. Makes approximately 45-50 Rosettes. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
