CRAZY EGGS | |
13 slices of bread 1 1/2 c. chopped ham, fully cooked 1/2 c. chopped onion 8 eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter, melted 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese Grease 9X13 inch pan and a 8X8 inch pan. Tear bread into 1 inch pieces, divide between the 2 baking dishes. Sprinkle ham and onion over bread pieces. Mix eggs and milk together; pour over bread and ham mixture. Melt butter and cheese together; pour over above mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes (8X8 inch pan) - 60 minutes (9X13 inch pan). |
