FRENCH FRIED SHRIMP 
25 large shrimp, butterflied
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 dashes hot sauce
1/4 c. worcestershire
Juice of 1 lemon or 1 lime
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Marinate shrimp in all ingredients. Bread and fry in deep hot fat.
