FLO'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 lg. sticks celery, chopped
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 pkg. Kraft garlic cheese (dairy roll)
Ritz crackers (crushed), for topping

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook broccoli and drain. Melt stick of butter in boiler. Add onions and celery. Simmer 10 minutes on low heat. Add drained broccoli and cook on low heat for 15 minutes longer.

In a greased baking dish, put a layer of the broccoli mixture, then 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup followed by 1/2 of the garlic cheese sliced thinly. Repeat all 3 layers with remaining broccoli, soup and cheese. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top to cover and dot with butter. Cook at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
