SHERRIED BEEF 
3 lbs. stew meat (do not brown)
2 cans undiluted mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. sherry cooking wine
3/4 c. water

Mix all together in a casserole or Dutch oven. Cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over plain noodles.
