SLOPPY JOE TURNOVERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. sour cream
10 oz. can biscuits

In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream. Mix well.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet. Press or roll each biscuit to 4x4 square. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture on center of square. Fold over to form triangle. Seal edges with fork. Cut 3 slits in tops. Bake 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
