VEAL PARMIGIANO 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. round steak (1/4 inch thick), or veal cutlets
1 slightly beaten egg
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash of garlic salt
4 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Melt butter in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Combine corn flake crumbs, Parmesan, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper. Cut meat in serving pieces; dip in egg then crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn meat, bake 15 minutes more or until tender.

Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, oregano, sugar and garlic salt; heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Pour sauce over meat. Top with cheese. Return to oven to melt cheese. Serves 4.
