CALICO SLAW 
2 (16 oz.) cans chopped sauerkraut
1 med. onion, chopped
1 jar chopped pimento
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. celery seed

Rinse sauerkraut. Add remaining chopped ingredients. Pour dressing over this mixture and let stand overnight or longer in refrigerator. This will keep for weeks!
