1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
Cinnamon to dust pie

Slightly beat egg, add flour, sugar and salt, mix together. Add cream and half and half. Pour into 9 inch pie shell, unbaked. Place in preheated 450 degree oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove pie and let cool.
