OLD FASHIONED CREAM PIE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour, slightly rounded
3/4 pt. coffee cream
1 tbsp. butter
Nutmeg

Mix flour, salt and sugars. Dot bottom of unbaked shell with butter. Put in dry ingredients, then cover with cream. Sprinkle freely with nutmeg. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450 degrees then about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until thick.
