CABBAGE & GREEN PEPPER 
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. cornstarch blended with water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 sm. onion, chopped

Saute cabbage and green pepper with onion in hot oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until crisp and tender. Serves 3 or 4.
