1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour (-4 tbsp.)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 bag chocolate chips

Mix wet ingredients until smooth. Mix dry ingredients with wet. Grease pan. Cover bottom with batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and chocolate chips and spread with remaining batter and repeat until filled. Top with cinnamon-sugar and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 9x9 inch pan.
