2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg white until stiff; add sugar gradually, then nuts, vanilla, and salt. Drop 1 teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for about 25 minutes or until brown.
